A new report has found nearly 250,000 Australian children live in households affected by substance abuse.

The Australian National Council on Drugs has found that about one in eight Australian children are exposed to binge drinking and drug abuse in their own homes.

These are alarming statistics. The government should really step in and do something about it. They should launch mass media campaigns about the dangers of binge drinking.

I think the government already did a kind of campaigns about it. you know what.. l found it very odd because you can't drink after intoxicate in Aus even though binge drinking is very big issue. In Korea, you can drink forever! but the issue is not big... I don't know why... maybe Aussie drinks a lot so that the government made the law..

I meant they don't sell any drink after you are intoxicated
